KHAIRPUR: A delegation of traders of Khairpur led by Abdul Ghaffar Shaikh called on Deputy Commissioner Khairpur Muhammad Nawaz Sohu at his office Tuesday.
The delegation discussed issues being faced by traders. They informed DC about the loss of Rs. 5 to 6 million of the shops of Hindu trader Kelash Kumar and Zamir Shaikh due to short circuit.
The Deputy Commissioner assured the traders that their issues would be resolved on priority basis. He announced Rs. One million compensation for Kelash Kumar and Rs 100,000/- for Zamir Shaikh.
