KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday (today) will take up more than 65 cases related to custom and income tax.
According to roster, a two-member bench, comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Abdul malik Gaddi will hear customs and income tax related cases including those which were filed by FACO Industries, Kashif Electronics & others, Extreme Defence System (Private) Limited, M /s Hascol Petroleum Limited, M/s Muhammad Shafi and Co, M/ s Huffaz Seamless Pipe, Jamal Abdul Qadir, M/s Maple Leaf Power Limited, Commissioner of Income Tax, M/s Mehran Metal Containers (Private) Limited, Pakistan State Oil Company Limited, Mst. Sajida Begum, Gul Bahur, Commissioner (Legal) Inland Revenue, National Bank of Pakistan, AMI Center (School ), M/s Cresent Fibers Limited, Ghulam Murtaza, Commissioner Inland Revenue, Zone – II and others.
Another bench, comprising justice Munib Akhter and justice Sadiq Hussain Bhatti will hear customs and income tax related cases including those which were filed by M.K International, Popular Spining Mills, Popular Fiber Mills, Master Enterprises Pvt Ltd, Zenith Chemical Industries, M /s Pesr-e-Alam, M/s Pre-Alam Pvt Ltd, M/s Mansoor Foods Karachi, Trust Darul Uloom Jamia Mustafa Madani Regd, Gul Faisal Ilahi, Abdul Rahman Adeed, M/s System International, Commissioner (Legal Division) , Commissioner (Legal), Commissioner Inland Revenue, M/s Barkat Ltd, Muhammad Khalid Alim and Ors, All Karachi Qingqi Riskshaw Welfare and others.
