These include more than a dozen ports in Japan, China and Korea, a series of new Caribbean itineraries from Barbados and further Unesco World Heritage sites.Seabourn Encore will also debut during this period.
“Encore’s inaugural cruise in 2017 and its first few cruises are already sold out,” said UK managing director Lynn Narraway. “Agents need to get their clients to book early to secure the suites they want.”
Narraway advised agents to educate themselves on not only itineraries but shore-excursions too: “It’s about knowing more than the guests, so you can say, ‘did you know you can take a helicopter there?’”.
Encore will offer two pre-inaugural cruises – a 16-day voyage departing December 4, 2016 from Athens to Dubai, and an 18-day trip on December 20 from Dubai to Singapore – before its official launch on January 7, 2017
