KARACHI: Pakistani rupee Monday depreciated against US dollar both in interbank and open market after Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s call to halt the country.
As per currency market, the US dollar gained 10 paisa to reach 101.70 in interbank and 5 paisa in open market to stand at 102.65 on the first trading day. On Friday, the greenback remained unchanged at 101.6 and 102.6 in interbank and open market respectively.
