LAHORE: The Regional Tax Office-II (RTO-II) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has frozen the bank account of a lady named Lubna Mazhar, a resident of Allama Iqbal Town Lahore, and recovered Rs0.5million.
To meet the targets of the year 2016-17, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has started action against the tax defaulters. Regional Tax Office froze the account from the Standard Chartered Bank Limited.
The RTO-II team, who took action, was headed by Deputy Commissioner Inland Revenue Alina Aftab, Officers Muhammad Faisal and Muhammad Akram Haider.
