LAHORE: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Regional Tax Office one (RTO-I), has restored the bank account of M/S Cables and Conductors in Rs 39 million tax evasion case after the receiving a stay order from the Inland Revenue (IR) appellate tribunal.
According to details, the FBR and RTO-I ,zone-III has attached the bank account of M/S Cables and Conductors company in tax evading of Rs 39 million. M/S Cables and Conductor was found tax defaulter after audit.
After this the Cables and Conductor has been filed the case in IR appellate tribunal against the department, tribunal judge heard the argument of appellant and issued the stay order for 60 days.Therefore, RTO-I has restored the bank account of M/S Cables and Conductors.
