Rawalpindi-Islamabad Customs Agents observe strike

ISLAMABAD: Rawalpindi-Islamabad Customs Agents Association observed strike on Saturday against the alleged negative behaviour of Deputy Collector Ayesha Bashir Wani.

R-ICAA President Rana Aqeel told Customs Today that though the deputy collector is hard working and has been helping the government generating heavy revenue but her behaviour towards customs agents is harsh.

“Ayesha Wani does not give due respect to the agents at all.” Rana Aqeel alleged, adding that she talks in an insulting tone and even shouts at the customs agents which is not a professional way of working. Her behaviour adversely affects the working atmosphere at Islamabad Dry Port.
