WARSAW: Poland’s Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) has ruled that a Poland-based fast food outlet must impose a value-added tax (VAT) rate of 8% which contradicts its earlier practice of applying a 5% rate. The ruling could pave the way for a price hike by local fast food chains.
