PESHAWAR: The Bonded Ware House (BWH) Peshawar generated Rs2885.95million during the Financial Year (FY) 2016-17 under the head of All Duty and Taxes.
According to details told by sources of BWH of Model Customs Collectorate (MCC) Peshawar that during above said period, the performance of the BWH has been satisfactory. During said period, the BWH received Rs1092.15million of Customs Duty (CD) while the BWH collected Rs0.53million of miscellaneous taxes and the BWH did revenue of Rs11.29million of Withholding (WH) Surcharges.
The sources told CT that during above said period, the BWH earned Rs19.23million of Redemption Duty (RDI) on Imports whereas the BWH did Rs46.02million of Sales Tax (ST) and the BWH collected Rs1427.55million of ST on palm oil.
The sources further told CT that the BWH got Rs183.83million of Additional Income Tax (AIT) while the BWH Peshawar did Rs104.75million of Federal Excise Duty (FED) on Imports of per Rs01 kilogram.
