PESHAWAR: Collectorate of Customs Appraisement Collector Ihsan Ali Shah visited Torkham border and reviewed the arrangements of the customs department for the provision of round-the-clock services on the border.
Ihsan Ali Shah said that the purpose of round-the-clock services aimed at providing best possible facilities of clearance for exporters and importers. He said that Pakistan exports have declined from three billion dollars to one billion dollars which would be bridged after the provision of facilities on Torkham border.
He said that Prime Minister Imran Khan will visit the border in August to address the opening ceremony of 24 hours services on the border.
