KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee Thursday continued to shed value against dollar both in interbank and open market.
According to money market, the dollar touched Rs111 level in open market as the US currency gained 25 paisas for selling at 110.75 and for selling at 111.05. The dollar added 15 paisas in interbank for buying at 110.30 and for selling t 110.50.
Greenback closed dull in value versus domestic unit in interbank and gained strength in open market transaction. Following insignificant demand during intraday trading, dollar closed at Rs 110.15 for buying and Rs 110.35 for selling versus rupee in interbank.
In kerb market, greenback closed firm in value versus rupee at Rs 110.50 for buying and at Rs 110.80 for selling after gaining 10 paisas.
