Pak rupee strengthens in open market

KARACHI: The Pakistan rupee Tuesday slightly strengthened in open market and remained firm in interbank.

As per the local money market, the dollar lost five paisas in open market for buying at 107.20 and for selling at 107.50, while it remained firm in interbank for buying at 105.30 and for selling at 105.50.

On Monday, the greenback gained 20 paisas in open market for buying at 107.25 and for selling at 107.55. The dollar added five paisas in interbank for buying at 105.30 and for selling at 105.50.
