KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee Friday remained firm against the US dollar both in open market and interbank.
As per the local money market, the dollar closed unchanged in open market and interbank for selling at 106.35 and 104.70 respectively. On Thursday, the dollar closed at Rs 104.50 for buying and Rs 104.70 for selling in interbank. The dollar gained some strength against the rupee in the open market after remaining unmoved in the interbank market. The US dollar closed at Rs 106.05 for buying and Rs 106.35 for selling.
