KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee Monday strengthened against the US currency in interbank and remained firm in open market.
As per the local money market, the dollar lost 20 paisas in interbank for buying at 104.50 and at 104.70 for selling, while it remained firm in open market for buying at 105.95 and for selling at 106.25. On Friday, the greenback gained five paisas in open market for buying at 105.95 and for selling at 106.25. The dollar added 30 paisas in interbank for buying at 104.70 for buying and at 104.90 for selling.
