KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee Friday depreciated against the US dollar in open market and remained unchanged in interbank.
As per the local money market, the dollar gained five paisas in open market for buying at 107.35 and for selling at 107.65, while it remained firm in interbank for buying at 105.30 and for selling at 105.50.
On Thursday, the dollar closed flat in value against the rupee in the interbank market. It started the day’s trading at Rs 105.30 for buying, with one paisa variation in value it closed at Rs 105.30 for buying and Rs 105.50 for selling.
In open market, the greenback remained firm in value against the domestic currency. Greenback initiated the trading at Rs 107.20 for buying, closed at Rs 107.30 for buying and closed at Rs107.60 for selling with 07 paisas gain.
