KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee Tuesday depreciated against the US dollar in open market and remained firm in interbank.
As per the local money market, the dollar gained 15 paisas in open market for buying at 108.85 and for selling at 108.15, while it remained unchanged in interbank for buying at 105.30 and for selling at 105.50.
On Monday, the dollar closed at Rs 107.70 for buying and Rs 108 for selling in the open market against rupee. It shed 10 paisas. The dollar closed at Rs 105.30 for buying and Rs 105.50 for selling with no change against the rupee.
