KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee on Wednesday depreciated against dollar in open market and remained firm in interbank.
As per the local money market, the US currency gained 50 paisas in open market for buying at Rs122.50 and for selling at Rs123.90, while it remained firm in interbank at Rs 124 for buying and Rs 124.20 for selling.
On Wednesday, the dollar gained 10 paisas in interbank to close at Rs 124 for buying and Rs 124.20 for selling. In open market, the greenback lost 50 paisas to close at Rs 122 for buying and Rs123.40 for selling.
