KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee Friday slightly depreciated against the US dollar in interbank mainly due to demand by importers and remained unchanged in open market.
As per the local money market, the greenback added five paisas in interbank and closed at Rs 104.50 for buying and Rs 104.70 for selling, while in open market it remained unchanged the for buying at 106.60 and for selling at 106.90. On Thursday, the dollar shed 15 paisas in interbank for buying at 104.45 and for selling at 104.65. The dollar gained 10 paisas in open market for buying at 106.60 and for selling at 106.90.
