Pak rupee depreciates by 35 paisas in interbank

KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee Tuesday depreciated against the US dollar in interbank and remained unchanged in open market.

As per the local money market, the dollar added 35 paisas in interbank for buying at 104.75 and for selling at 104.95, while it remained firm in open market for buying at 108.30 and for selling at 108.60. On Monday, the dollar closed unchanged at Rs 104.40 for buying and Rs 104.60 for selling in interbank. The dollar closed at Rs 108.30 for buying and Rs 108.60 for selling after gaining five paisas in open market.
