MULTAN: Customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan Range Office has generated Rs3.14 million through auction of confiscated goods and vehicles .
According to the details, Customs Intelligence held public auction of confiscated goods and vehicles lying in the warehouse of Customs Intelligence. Auction was held in the Customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan Range office located at the Raja Pur Khanewal Road Multan Bypass. There were large number of people who participated in the bidding of vehicles and articles. Customs Intelligence offered 13 different lots including vehicles and goods in the auction.
Customs Intelligence presented three impounded vehicles which includes Toyota Vitz, Mercerdez Benz and Suzuki Swift during public sale of April. Toyota Vitz sold out in auction process and remaining vehicles were rejected in the auction due to fewer bids offered from their average price.
Customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan has also auctioned various articles including auto parts.
Customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan has sold out various goods in Rs.2.38 million from the auction of miscellaneous goods in April. The net amount generated from the auction of goods and vehicles were Rs.3.14 million.
Deputy Director Customs Intelligence and Investigation Abdul Mueed Kanjoo has supervised the whole auction process of confiscated vehicles and goods along with Superintendent Fareed ud Din Masood and Inspector Malik Nasir.
