Low-key Christmas celebrations in wake of Peshawar massacre

ISLAMABAD: The Christian community is having a low key Christmas celebrations as several churches has cancelled festivities in the wake of Peshawar massacre that left 150 people including 134 children dead,

The simple celebrations have begun just as the Christmas Eve started with prayer services in the churches and households.

The Christmas celebrations will continue throughout the night and the day. The festivities will include distributing presents among children and cutting cakes. The churches across the country are praying for the stability and peace in Pakistan.
