KINGSTON, Jamaica: The Jamaica Customs Agency (JCA) has seized a shipment of 400 cases of cigarettes containing four million sticks in a container worth J$120 million at the Kingston port, here the other day.
JCA said that the cigarettes were discovered in a 20-foot container during routine examination of imports.
The contents of the container, which originated in Panama, were declared as paper products.
No arrest has yet been made in connection with the seizure.
