ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday disposed of a case filed against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR).
The IHC judge, Justice Aamer Farooq, heard the case and directed the tribunal to decide the fate of tax complaint on merit and furbish a speaking order in this regard.
The court disposed of the writ petition after issuing direction filed by DP World Overseas (Private) Limited. DP World Overseas (Private) Limited had filed the petition through its counsel Saqib Majeed and had challenged ATIR decision in the IHC. Advocate Mansoor Hassan argued in the case from ATIR.
