ISLAMABAD: The Model Customs Collectorate (MCC) Islamabad achieved 63% increase under all the heads during nine and a half months of FY17-18 against the same corresponding Financial Year FY2016-17.
According to details given by sources of the MCC Islamabad that, during nine and a half months of FY17-18, the MCC Islamabad generated Rs17136.49million of all the heads against a revenue collection of Rs10501.22million during the identical previous FY16-17.
Telling about the head-wise achievement in details, the sources told CT that the MCC Islamabad showed 38% growth as Customs Duty (CD) during first nine and a half months of FY17-18 against the same corresponding FY16-17. The MCC demonstrated 106% hike under the head of Sales Tax (ST) against the identical previous period.
During first nine and a half months of FY17-18, the MCC Islamabad reflected 38% achievement of Income Tax (IT) against the same corresponding FY16-17. The Islamabad Collectorate displayed 41% growth during the initial nine and a half months of FY17-18 under the head of Federal Excise Duty (FED) against a revenue collection during the identical previous FY16-17.
