ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear nine tax references on Tuesday involving Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR) and the Customs Appellate Tribunal.
The division benches of the IHC comprising Justice Noor-Ul-Haq N. Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah; Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Mr Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani.
Justice Noor-Ul-Haq N. Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah will hear a federal excise reference filed by M/s Punjab Oil Mills and an income tax reference filed by Fazalur Rehman. Both of these references had been filed against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue.
The bench would also hear a customs reference filed by Haidri Beverages Private Limited. This reference had been filed against Customs Appellate Tribunal, Islamabad, in which the appellant had challenged tribunal decision before the IHC.
Justice Noorul-Haq N. Qureshi and Justice Aamer Farooq will hear three income tax references M/s MND Exploration and Production against Appellate Tribunal Inland revenue and others. Meanwhile, Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani will hear Jammu Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society’s three tax references challenging ATIR decisions before the court.
