ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has directed the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to make a decision on ‘seniority’ matter of its employee, Mamoon Mozan.
The IHC judge, Justice Aamer Farooq, disposed of the case after issuing directions to the FBR administration to make a satisfactory decision on Mamoon’s application, carrying complaint regarding ‘seniority’ which the employ was denied at the FBR.
The petitioner had filed the petition through counsel Muhammad Ramzan. On Friday, the court heard the concluding argument from both sides and decided to refer the case to the FBR administration with directions to resolve the matter.
The petitioner’s counsel had argued about violation of departmental regulations. The court directed the FBR to furbish a ‘speaking decision’ on the matters in accordance with the departmental regulations, addressing complainant’s grievances appropriately.
