Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Miangul Hassan relisted the cases as the bench resumed hearing after couple of months in its chamber.
M/s TNB Liberty Power Limited had challenged recovery notices before the IHC through the said cases. LTU had issued the recovery notices in recent months in head of different taxes.
