ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court has adjourned the hearing of writ petitions filed against the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) until February 1.
A single bench of the IHC comprising Justice Athar Minallah heard the petitions and adjourned for further arguments.
These petitions had been filed by Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), Zaver Petroleum Corporation Limited, Pakistan Oil Fields Limited Government Holdings Private Limited, Mari Petroleum Limited, OMV Maurice Energy Limited, OMV Pakistan Exploration GMBH, Attock Oil Company Limited and M/S Rally Energy Safedhok Limited.
Respondent in the aforementioned cases, FBR, was represented by advocate Hafiz Munawar Iqbal.
