HONG KONG: Hong Kong Customs yesterday (December 29) seized about 1 kilogram of suspected ketamine and 90 grams of suspected crack cocaine with an estimated market value of about $750,000 in Tsim Sha Tsui.
During an anti-narcotics operation in Tsim Sha Tsui yesterday evening, Customs officers intercepted a man and found about 500 grams of suspected ketamine and 40 grams of suspected crack cocaine on his body and a handbag carried by him. The man, aged 20, was then arrested.
After investigation, Customs officers escorted the arrested man to a residential premises nearby where about 500 grams of suspected ketamine, 50 grams of suspected crack cocaine and a batch of packaging paraphernalia were further seized.
