HAZARA: The Hazara Customs Station of Model Customs Collectorate Peshawar has collected an amount of Rs 488.98 million during first quarter of current financial year from July to September 2017-18.
Collector Gul Rahman while talking with Customs Today said that Collectorate showed satisfaction over the revenue collection showed by Hazara Custom’s station in first quarter of current FY and said that Hazara Customs station will exceed from the target of revenue collection during current month of October.
According to details Hazara Customs Station collected Rs153.17 million customs duty (CD) during these three months and have added Rs 3.04 million revenue by collection of ST on items.
Hazara Custom station collected an amount of Rs225.50 million as ST on VM palm oil in the same time period and an amount of Rs 90.69 million by charging A.I.T on items.
The Hazara Customs Station collected an amount of Rs 16.56 million under the head of federal excise duty (FED) in the first quarter of current Financial Year for which the officials of Hazara Customs station was lauded by Gul Rahman Collector at Customs House Peshawar.
