ISLAMABAD: A single bench of the Federal Service Tribunal (FST) will hear three cases of varying nature filed against the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Friday (today).
A division bench of the FST comprising members, Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Dr Nazir Saeed, would hear the cases carrying complaints about seniority and implementation by the FBR.
Appellants M Taimur and M Jamil filed petitions regarding implementation of FST decisions by the FBR. They had been granted their due promotion but yet the FBR had not implemented tribunal’s orders in letter and spirit. They had pleaded the tribunal to ensure implementation over its earlier given decisions.
The bench is also set to hear the case filed by Naveed Afgan. He had filed plea about seniority matter which he was not been granted by the FBR.
