ISLAMABAD: A division bench the Federal Service Tribunal (FST) has reserved a decision on ‘implementation’ case contested by an employ of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and adjourned the hearing on another carrying ‘increment’ and other complaints.
The FST bench comprising Members Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Dr Nazir Saeed heard the case and reserved the decision. Waseem Iqbal had filed this implementation complaint against the revenue department. Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Dr Nazir Saeed adjourned the hearing of t he cases filed by Anjum Waheed, Said Hussain Abbasi and Abdul Sattar.
Anjum Waheed, and Said Hussain Abbasi had filed complaints on ‘implementation’ while Abdul Sattar had submitted a complaint about ‘withholding of three increment’.
Ishtiaq Ahmed and M Javed Iqbal Kasi will resume hearing of cases filed by Noor Muhammad, Muhammad Ishtiaque and Aurangzeb challenging reversion. They had filed their cases in 2016.
Another appellant had filed complaint about implementation by Syed Sultan Abbas. Same bench heard the cases asking the tribunal to ensure implementation over its earlier announced decision which was not yet compiled by the board authorities.
