ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal (FST) on Monday adjourned the hearing of several services matters filed by employees of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
The FST bench comprising members Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Dr Nazir Saeed held hearing. The bench adjourned the hearing on petitions filed by M Waheed, Anjum Rasheed, and others. However, the counsels involved had submitted relating documents on the day.
Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Dr Nazir Saeed also heard cases filed by Waseem Iqbal, Anjum Waheed, Said Hussain Abbasi and Abdul Sattar.
Waseem Iqbal, Anjum Waheed, and Said Hussain Abbasi had filed complaints on ‘Implementation’ while Abdul Sattar had submitted a complaint about ‘Withholding of three increment’.
Another bench of the FST comprising of Ishtiaque Ahmed and M Javed Iqbal Kasi will resume the hearing of some other reference on Tuesday. Noor Muhammad, Muhammad Ishtiaque and Aurangzeb had filed these complaints challenging reversion. They had filed their cases in 2016.
Another appellant had filed complaint about implementation by Syed Sultan Abbas. The same bench heard the cases asking the tribunal to ensure implementation over its earlier announced decision which was not yet complied by the board authorities.
On the last hearing, benches had directed the concerned counsels, appellants and defendants, to submit documents and brief on arguments before the tribunal before next hearing.
