FST adjourns hearing of complaints filed by FBR employees

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal dated in office the hearing of ‘special allowance’, ‘implementation’ and ‘increment’ complaints filed by employees of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) after issuing directives on early completion of arguments.

The FST bench comprising Members Ishtiaq Ahmed and and Dr Nazir Saeed held the hearing. The bench heard arguments on case of special allowance filed by Muhammad Boota and cases filed by M Waheed, Anjum Rasheed, and others.

In the meantime, Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Dr Nazir Saeed adjourned hearing of cases filed by Waseem Iqbal, Anjum, Said Hussain Abbasi and Abdul Sattar.

Waseem Iqbal, Anjum Waheed, and Said Hussain Abbasi had filed complaints on ‘implementation’ while Abdul Sattar had submitted a complaint about ‘withholding of three increments’.

Another appellant had filed complaint about implementation by Syed Sultan Abbas. Same bench heard the cases asking the tribunal to ensure implementation over its earlier announced decision which was not yet compiled by the board authorities.
