ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Member Strategic Planning and Information Technology and Spokesperson Dr Muhammad Iqbal has left for Tokyo to participate in the Asian Development Bank Institute training program on governance and public sector management.
Sources told Customs Today that this training session has been co-organized by the Asian Development Bank and Asian Development Bank Institution. A total of 19 senior government officials from developing countries will attend the training program. This training will share knowledge and impart skills in selected areas of governance and public sector management reforms.
The objectives of this training is to encourage better understanding of and promote good governance and public sector management reforms and share knowledge of key governance and public sector management reform possibilities and also gain practical insights into reforms in different areas of governance that how they are conducted in various countries, what can be learned ,and what projects and programs can be applied in one’s own country. Dr.Muhammad Iqbal will return next week.
