SIALKOT: Regional Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue Syed Imran Raza Kazmi has asked the Narowal based trader to come forward and play their pivotal role in strengthening the national economy by paying their taxes and take full benefits of the voluntary tax scheme. He said that the traders who had not yet paid their payable taxes for the last 10 years could take maximum relief under this scheme recently introduced by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for expending the tax net.
He stated this while addressing an important meeting of the traders held at TMA Hall Narowal here.
He said that there would be no audit of the tax returns to be submitted by the traders (from 2015 to 2018) under this Voluntary Tax Scheme , as they have to submit their tax returns at least for the four years, saying that the FBR had been making all out sincere efforts to provide maximum relief to the tax payers.
