ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Chairman Nisar Mohammad Khan has received 36 double cabs and 37 Honda 125 bikes worth Rs 8 million by US Embassy to curb smuggling.
Speaking on the occasion, the FBR chairman said that these vehicles would be very helpful in anti-smuggling activities while collector Dr Arsalan said that all the cabs and motor bikes will be distributed among different collectorates.
He said that the FBR is determined to curb smuggling from society and for this purpose the department is using all available resources.
Prominent among those who attended the ceremony includes director general customs intelligence, Imtiaz Ahmad Khan, member custom Nasir Masoor, collector Arsalan Subuctageen and other high ranking officials.
