MULTAN: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) assigned Rs3569 million revenue collection task for the month of October 2018-19 to Multan Customs Collectorate.
According to details, Customs Collectorate has been assigned monthly revenue collection target for the first month of the second quarter of the fiscal year 2018-19.
Multan Customs Collectorate allocated different revenue collection tasks under the head of customs duty (CD), sales taxes (ST), federal excise duty (FED) and withholding taxes (WHT) for the on-going month of October 2018.
Multan Customs Collectorate has been assigned customs duty revenue collection target of Rs1091 million for the month of October 2018-19.
The Customs Collectorate was given Rs2418 million target for the collection of sales tax for the duration of January. The Federal Board of Revenue has given collection target of Rs36 million in wake of federal excise duty for October 2018-19. Multan Customs given out withholding tax target of Rs24 million for the period of October 2018-19.
