FAISALABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested a human trafficker named Muhammad Shehzad Ali son of Ghulam Mustafa, a resident of Faisalabad, on the allegation of taking Rs 218,000 from the complainant on the pretext of sending him to Dubai for employment.
According to details, FIA Deputy Director Syed Imam Zaidi and Sub-Inspector (SI) Muhammad Nadeem arrested the accused who was doing trafficking of sending innocent people abroad, especially to the European and the Middle East countries.
The FIA has also recovered passports and several fake visas of different countries from his possession. The officials sent the accused behind the bars after registering a case No. 226/2015 under Section (U/S), 17/22 Emigration Ordinance (E.O) 1979.
Further investigations are underway.
