TAIPEI: Taiwanese exports have increased at a double-digit pace last month, due to strong demand of electronic parts before the holiday season.
The country’s exports have hit a new high of 28.88b USD last month, a 14% increase from 2016, and would be the 14th month in a row for outbound sales growth.
The sector of electronics component was still the main factor to the strong growth of November’s exports, as outbound sales hit a new record high of almost 10.2b USD. The growth push is expected to remain the same this month, and the country’s exports for this year are expected to top 300b USD, as international demands this month will stay strong.
