ISLAMABAD: The Customs Dry Port Islamabad collected Rs398.476million all duty taxes and surcharges during the 1st to 15th of February of Financial Year 2016-17.
According to details told by Assistant Collector Amanat Khan that dry port’s performance is as usual excellent towards the collection of duty taxes. During 15 days of the current month, the dry port generated Rs152.927million customs duty whereas the dry port did Rs398.476million all duty taxes.
Regarding the collection during the initial 15 days of January FY16-17, the dry port earned Rs489.972million customs duty and other duty taxes from 1 to January 15, 2016-17. It also collected Rs183.778million customs duty whereas it did Rs306.194million all duties and taxes till 15th of January FY2016-17. The dry port received Rs462.094million all duties and taxes during December FY 2016-17 while it collected Rs559.592million during November FY 2016-17.
During October FY 2016-17, the dry port collected Rs415.385million all duties and taxes and it received Rs416.381million revenue during September 2016-17. The dry port got Rs809.402million revenue during August and did Rs348.868million revenue during July FY 2016-17.
