Source informed Customs Today that dozens of bonded carrier organizations are registered with the Pakistan Customs for which more effective and tightened security with regards to retrograde containers has been advised. Such practice has not been imposed due to which many retrograde containers are lost. Now all the organizations have started compiling the documents of the bonded carriers, added source.
As many bonded carriers are on the different routes carrying goods from Afghanistan to Pakistan and Pakistan to Afghanistan the compilation process of the documents on the given time frame seems not possible.
