ISLAMABAD: Customs authorities have seized two trucks loaded with bananas, which were being transported from Indian Held Kashmir under Srinagar-Muzaffarabad trade.
The Customs officials later auctioned the goods at Islamabad Customs Warehouse. Customs officials Zargham Dil, ASO’s Rana Shakeel, Arif Dar and Abdul Hafeez along with other officials raided different areas in Murree, Barakahu and Islamabad vegetable market and confiscated three trucks loaded with bananas. Kashmiri traders snatched a truck from the Customs officials near Barakahu.
