MULTAN: Directorate General of Training and Research (Customs) has cancelled the mandatory training of nine Customs officials most of them belonged to BS-17-19.
According to the details, the Federal Board of Revenue has nominated officials from different Collectorates and Directorate for their mandatory training for promotion into next grade.
Director General of Training and Research (Customs ) Saima Shehzad has dropped nine nominated Customs officers including Multan Customs Collectorate for mandatory capacity building training programme due to shortage of space. Deputy Collector Customs Collectorate Saad Ata Rabbani was also nominated for mandatory capacity building training programme.
Additional Collector Customs Adjudication Talib Hussain is also dropped from mandatory training due to excess officials were called in the capacity building training programme. Four officials from Customs Preventive Lahore, Deputy Collector Palwasha Syed, Deputy Collector Muhammad Asim Awan, Assistant Collector Hamza Lak, Assistant Collector Omer Latif were also included in the leftover officers for the capacity building training programme.
Assistant Collector Customs Collectorate of Appraisement Lahore Ameer Ahmad, Deputy Director Directorate of IOCO ,Lahore Irum Sohail was also dropped from mandatory capacity building training programme for Bs (17-19).
Sources told that Directorate General of Training and Research (Customs) will accommodate these left over officers in the next upcoming capacity building training programme held in September 2017.
