KARACHI: A Special Customs Appellate Tribunal has ordered Pakistan Coast Guards (PCG) to release cloth consignments.
The Tribunal, hearing an appeal of importers Najeebullah and five others, ordered to release different consignments containing 3000 meter cloth from China.
The cloth was detained as PCG and Custom officials termed it smuggled quantity. The tribunal ordered release which was complied forthwith and the cloth was handed over to the petitioners.
