ISLAMABAD: Customs Appellate Tribunal (CAT), Islamabad on Wednesday dismissed a petition due to non-prosecution.
A two-member Division Bench of tribunal comprising of Chairman Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti and Member Technical, Khalid Mehmood heard the case and dismissed as counsels of both parties had not appeared before the bench.
The appellant, Sanaullah, had filed the petition against collector customs, Islamabad, through its counsel Raja Khalid. However, neither the appellant nor the respondent appeared before the tribunal.
