ISLAMABAD: Customs Appellate Tribunal Chairman, Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti will resume the hearing of cases in the federal capital by Monday (today).
According to customs appellate tribunal’s officials, the chairman would reach Islamabad by Monday morning in order to chair a division bench. The chairman would also hold the hearing as a single bench. This time, the chairman had scheduled hearings of cases only for one day, officials said.
Tribunal’s judicial staff also stated that all preparation had been finalized at customs appellate for hearing cases.
