Total volume traded in the market was 177,310,360 shares with 379 total traded companies out of which 231 were up 126were down and 22 were unchanged.
Commercial Banks was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 54,524,600 shares. It was followed by Power Generation and Distribution with a total traded volume of 30,408,500 shares.
The three top traded companies were Silk Bank(R) with a volume of 26,326,000 and price per share of 0.29 (0.01), K-Electric Ltd. with a volume 25,088,500 of price per share of 8.25 (0.18), Pak Elektron with a volume 16,572,000 of price per share of 92.93 (1.25).
The top three advancers were Unilever Foods with price per share 8570.00 (404.75), Nestle Pak with price per share of 10700.00 (200.00) and Hinopak MotorXD share of 1142.41 (54.40).
The top three decliners were Murree Brewery with price per share of 930.00 (-40.00), Exide (PAK)SPOT with price per share of 1090.00 (-20.71) and Mehmood Tex. share of 313.00 (-15.90).
