TUCSON: Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents arrested a 28-year-old male Mexican national Sunday morning east of Douglas, Arizona, for illegally entering the United States.
During processing, agents observed multiple Sureño gang-related tattoos on the exposed skin of Fernando Alberto Santoyo-Martinez. Records also revealed Santoyo was previously convicted in Clayton County, Georgia, for harassing phone calls and was deported in 2011. The man now faces federal criminal charges for re-entry.
