KARACHI: The authorities concerned of Model Customs Collectorate Appraisement-West have constituted a three-member committee in order to process the house hiring applications of customs officials of the collectorate.
The Establishment Branch of Appraisement-West has also issued an office order in this regard stating that the authorities concerned of the collectorate are going to form a committee comprising three customs officers, including Deputy Collector Ghulam Nabi Kamboh, Deputy Collector Mahwish Shah and Chief Accounts Officer Kashif Rasheed, in order to evaluate the house hiring applications of the customs officials.
The committee comprising the above-mentioned officers is hereby constituted to scrutinise and recommend for sanctioning of house hiring cases upon satisfaction of fulfilment of all formalities.
Furthermore, the committee is advised to finalise house hiring cases on a priority basis so that the allocated budgetary grant may be utilised within the stipulated time in order to avoid surrender/lapse.
The officials of the collectorate have expressed their gratitude over the formulation of a committee for scrutinising the house hiring cases and hoped that the committee will finalise its working within the stipulated time.
